TermsVersionItemOutput
One frozen service line, in the shape the live terms table renders.
Field names mirror RevenueItemOutput so the front end can reuse the
existing table component. revenueItemId stands in for the live row's
id: a snapshot is not a revenue item, but it is a snapshot of one, and
it stays populated after that row has been deleted.
