ActiveProposalTemplateResponse

Whether the account has an active proposal template, and if so which.

template is null when none is loaded. That is the normal state of most accounts, not an error, and the client hides the Proposals section on it.

actions is empty for now: a template offers nothing to do through the API (it is loaded by script, and there is no activation endpoint in alpha). Generate is an action on a contract, and CRM-10243 adds it there.
