Everything the Update terms modal and edit-service panel need to decide what is editable, in one call (CRM-9350).

The terms themselves are not repeated here — GET /contracts/{id} already returns the live revenue items, the contract currency and the calculated MRR/CMRR/ACV/TCV the footer shows as its "before" column.

    Whether the contract's economics are locked. A standalone contract with no linked deal is always locked, so for that population the permission rather than the lock is what opens Update terms. Surfaced so the client can explain a disabled action
