Body for the deal-driven contract-currency update endpoint (CRM-6725).

The deals service calls this when the deal's currency changes, sending the new currency code. The linked contract is identified by deal_id in the URL. The manager re-anchors contracts.currency to the value sent here, then runs the same downstream recompute the in-contract PUT-currency path runs (re-derive arr/mrr/acv/tcv against the new rate, refresh revenue_items.total, mirror the contract aggregates back to the deal row).
