Body for the deal-driven contract ARR update endpoint (CRM-6713).

The deals service calls this when a deal's ARR changes, sending only the contract-currency values (arr_local / mrr_local). The contract linked to the deal is identified by deal_id in the URL. The manager derives the account-currency pair (arr / mrr) from the contract's currency rate — the same way manual contract PUTs do (see _derive_account_values_for_locals). Whether the manual financial_override flag flips depends on whether the contract has any service (revenue) items.
