One configured pricing row of a service item.

A service item carries one pricing row per period, and a revenue item points at a specific one through service_item_pricing_id. Billing-frequency editability is therefore per pricing row, not per service item: two lines of the same service on different periods can legitimately differ. The panel resolves an existing line by matching its own service_item_pricing_id, and the Add-service flow picks a period from this list.
