A correction: the whole terms set, asserted as what should always have been true.

No effective date and no reason, unlike an amendment. A correction is not dated because it does not begin at a point in time — it replaces what was recorded, and the terms history stays as though the corrected values had been there all along.

Same line model as the preview and the amendment, for the same reason: all three must accept exactly the same line or a set can pass one and fail another.
