    True when the owning contract's financials were set by hand. These service figures are still the real computed contributions, so they will NOT sum to the contract's own total — surface that rather than letting the arithmetic look broken.

    When the figures on the previous side were recorded — the snapshot's own timestamp, not the date requested. Distinguishes 'unchanged since March' from 'changed yesterday'.

    The contract currency at the period start. A terms-currency delta across two different currencies is meaningless — compare these before rendering the _local columns.
