Create a person from an email address, enriched by Dreamer

Queue enrichment-backed creation of a person from an email address.

Returns 202: enrichment is a long RPC, so the person is created off a NATS message and the outcome arrives as a Dreamer notification.

A personal-domain address is accepted, not rejected: it yields a person with no company, since a mailbox provider is not one.
